Production issues
If your order has a clear production defect or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and the order number. We will review the issue and arrange a reprint or suitable resolution.
Customer-approved artwork
Changes requested after proof approval, incorrect customer-supplied details or a change of mind may require a new production charge. We will always explain the next step before proceeding.
