Quotes and approvals
Quotes depend on the product, quantity, materials, artwork and delivery location. Production begins after the customer approves the proof or confirms that supplied artwork is ready for print.
Artwork and ownership
You confirm that you have permission to use logos, photographs, typefaces and other artwork supplied to us. You retain ownership of your materials; we use them only to provide the requested service.
Production variation
Small colour, trimming and material variations can occur in commercial printing. We flag significant prepress issues and will work with you on a fair resolution when an error is attributable to production.
